These terms govern your use of luxevouched.com and any purchase or sale you make through it. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who we are
luxevouched.com is operated by luxevouched LLC, Plot No. MO 0622, Jebel Ali Freezone, P.O. Box 11091, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we”, “us” and “LuxeVouched” mean that company. “You” means the person using the site.

2. What LuxeVouched does
LuxeVouched is a marketplace for pre-owned designer goods. Sellers list pieces; buyers purchase them through this site. We authenticate each piece before it is released to the buyer and before the seller is paid.
We are not the manufacturer of any item sold here and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands whose goods appear on this site. All brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods offered.
3. How payment is handled
When you buy, your payment is taken and held. It is not passed to the seller at the point of sale. It is released to the seller only after the piece has been physically examined by us and has passed authentication.
If the piece does not pass, the sale does not complete: you are refunded in full and the seller is not paid. The full terms of that refund are in the Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Payment is processed by PayPal. Card and account details are entered on PayPal’s own systems and are never stored on this site.
4. Authentication
Every piece is examined before release. Authentication is an expert assessment carried out in good faith and to a documented process. It is not a manufacturer’s certificate and we do not present it as one.
Our decision on whether a piece passes is final as between us, you and the seller. A piece that does not pass is not released as an authenticated purchase and is not sold on through this site.
5. Listings, condition and pricing
Items sold here are pre-owned and are sold in the condition described and photographed on their product page, including disclosed wear and any disclosed restoration. Pre-owned pieces are not expected to be in new condition.
Each piece is individually photographed. Where a listing contains an error in price, description or availability, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
Most pieces on this site are one of one. Once sold, that listing is gone.
6. Prices, shipping and duties
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay.
For deliveries within the United States, LuxeVouched pays import duties and they are included in the price shown. For all other destinations, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. See the Shipping policy.
7. Selling through LuxeVouched
If you submit a piece to sell, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it, that it is genuine, and that you have described its condition accurately. You accept that the piece will be authenticated and that payment follows the authentication decision. A piece that fails authentication is not sold and is not paid for.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not copy its content or photography for commercial use without our permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
14. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email contact@luxevouched.com with your order number. We will acknowledge your complaint and tell you what happens next and by when.
